At Living Well Acupuncture we provide Acupuncture treatment for injury claims with ACC. If you have an accident or you get injured in New Zealand your treatment cost is likely to be subsidised. An accident is a sudden event, so you must be able to name the time and place of your injury in a paragraph.

Step 1​

 

Report your accident to your Doctor and fill out the ACC45 claim form
(also available from Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists).

Step 2​

 

Make an appointment with an ACC registered Acupuncturist quoting your ACC claim number.

Step 3​

 

Once your claim has been accepted by ACC a course of Acupuncture treatments will be subsidised. 

Payment

As ACC only pays a portion of the full cost of your Acupuncture treatment, a Surcharge of $30 needs to be paid at the time of each treatment.
